Well me and my wanna shape up are butts, legs and get a firmer stomach - we

go outside & walk/jog/run (this is purely opinion). An elliptical has the

probably be my pick. You may also want to consider a rowing machine; it is

Get a pair of shoes. They cost 50 bucks and you can walk and
